I have stayed in many luxury hotels in my life, but I have not found anything more beautiful than this hotel. It has a special charm, beautiful, quiet, and clean. The employees have high morals and are very friendly, and everything in this hotel is wonderful. I wish you continued success and the continuation of this sophisticated style of work. .

You need to get the little bus has small red sign on the top (cash only it was 12 TL each) and goes to the marina (viaport mall) you can get off at the marmaray station if you want train into the city. It is very frequent and the bus stop is at the entrance to the complex. Migros jet is there too, but closes at 9pm. Local people were very helpful, just ask if you need to know where things are. We used Google translate a lot. We had dreadful weather for the last 2 days but went to Viaport by bus as there was shopping and loads of restaurants for us. If using the marmaray consider getting an Istanbul Kart for train, metro, tram etc, makes travelling easy. The city was about 1 hour away by train once you got to the Marmaray station. The local people are incredibly well behaved on public transport, very polite and we usually had a seat ( it’s busy and we are old!) we are not used to such behaviour, no one found it necessary to have loud conversations on their phone, eat drink and generally make a nuisance of themselves as is normal in the UK.

I only stopped for a few hours before catching a connecting flight, woukd like to come again and explore the area. There were lots of food places but nothing for a vegetarian mostky just meat, so I had to survive on just salad. Taxi is quite expensive, if you are staying longer might be better to hire a car, but driving in the European side of Istanbul is nearly impossible due to tight streets, tram line and unusuall lay out of roads.

Lovely beachside village, easy walks along the foreshore.
Lovely beachside village, easy walks along the foreshore. World class aquarium, but needed to insist on buying a ticket just for the aquarium as we did not want to see the animals. As a foreigner they only wanted to sell us a package ticket. Definitely frustrating. Fortunately not peak season, so was finally able to get a ticket to the aquarium only. Also a lovely park to walk around and many locals had a picnic on the weekend.
Good family sized suite. OK for a overnight stay after a flight if you have just arrived in Istanbul and intend to move on to other parts of Turkey. As this was on the Asian side of Istanbul, it was perfect location as it was closer to our next destination in Turkey which meant less of a drive the following morning. You can purchase a mobile SIM in phone shops in the vicinity of the hotel, just don't go to the Vodafone shop, as the store attendent was very rude and doesn't seem to like foreigners. Also plenty of restaurants nearby.
The staff is very helpful, but the hotel is old and there is no sound insulation between the rooms
I could not sleep well because the sound of the TV and the conversation in the next room was loud .. The employee at the reception replaced the room for me, I had to accept it because I could not cancel the reservation,, The restaurant staff is good
The swimming pool, jacuzzi and health services are good
Briefly
The staff is good and respectful, but the hotel itself needs renovation
Location was fine for me - I was searching the hotel near the Marmaray line to make few visits in Istanbul.
What was really good - I've found noter in 10m near the hotel + translator is located in 100m (and price was lower comparing with Kadikoy guys :) )
Rooms were clean, view on the docks and sea was great.
What is important - air conditioner was located properly in my room, this doesn't hurt me but did its job.
Good table and WiFi. Enough number of electric outlets.
fantastic!
this is what i can say in one word.
i can't explain this experience in this hotel!
reception, room cleaning, hospitality, privacy, cooperation, the breakfast everything was fantastic.
i would like to thank Mr. Mostafa and Mrs. Teslim for their hospitality and cooperation.
i asked them to make my rooms near to each other if possible , they upgrade my rooms just to make my wish real!
The hotel is new, clean, well located on the main street. The smiling staff and they behaved very well with our KInder puppy that we stayed with. I stayed on the 15th floor with a very beautiful view both during the day and at night. The hotel is well soundproofed. We recommend with confidence. spacious and airy room. it has guarded underground parking.
Great value for money . A beautiful charming spa complex , open until late, polite helpful staff. Spacey well designed room with balcony and view over outdoor pool and highway.
I didn't try the bar and restaurant but they were also open until late.
12 minute trip to sabiha airport.
I felt very welcomed and safe, thanks for your hosting, Serkan! Tuzla feels a little bit more like relaxation, compared to the inner city of Istanbul - you can walk to the sea, but also bigger hotspots are quite reachable with public transport.
It was a good place to stay and relax on our last day in Istanbul - Sabiha Gokcen airport is only 10 minutes away. The hotel has nice swimming pools, good breakfast, spacious and well equipped rooms, and the staff is very friendly and helpful.
Unique property close to SAW airport. incredible view, friendly staff. Helpful with finding whatever we needed. This property was a Monastery. Old wooden boat collection is also interesting. Not too noisy like another review mentioned.
The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, only a short shuttle ride away (free by the hotel). The staff were extremely attentive and welcoming - they even arranged a pcr test for us in our room within 30 mins of our arrival.
It was clean, the staff was attentive, breakfast was nice, and the neighborhood was interesting. Beyza was particularly helpful and we appreciated the hotel accepting a delivery.
The staff was so supportive and the room was clean with sea view. Many restaurants, cafes, and shops are close to the hotel. Also Marina Via Port AVM is at a walking distance.
The hotel was not far away from Sabiha Gokcen Airport & there were shops nearby it. The staff were helpful & friendly. The family room was large & well organized.
